Engagements
Scope before work
Every paid engagement requires a signed agreement defining scope, authority, deliverables, and compensation.
Confidentiality
Private by agreement and practice
Client information, property details, and engagement specifics are treated as confidential unless disclosure is explicitly authorized in writing.
Limitations
Advisory and operational support
Clients remain responsible for final decisions and approvals. Third-party vendors remain responsible for their own work, licensing, and performance.
